From all the writers here at Limebird Writers – Beth, Francesca, Sophie, Mike, Charlotte, Aaron, Caroline, Cat, Monique, Kate, Lorna and Kaiser we would like to say a humungous thank you to Kalie over at Palm Trees and Bare Feet for nominating us for a Liebster Blog Award. We were also nominated by the wonderful Amber over at Conversing With Novels and Julie from Word Flows. Triple awesome!

So, what is one of these awards?
We didn’t really know much about this blog, but this is what we found online:
“The Liebster Blog Award is given to bloggers who have less than 200 followers, all in the spirit of fostering new connections. Liebster is German & means ‘dearest’ or ‘beloved’ but it can also mean ‘favourite’ .”
We need to now do these steps…
If you receive the award, you should:
1) Thank the blogger who gave you the award by linking back to them.
2)Reveal your top 5 picks for the award and let them know by leaving a comment on their blog.
3) Post the award on your blog
4) Bask in the love from the most supportive people on the Internet–other writers.
5) And best of all–have fun and spread the karma!
OK, now on to the 5 blogs. I don’t think we’re allowed to link back to PT and BF, but if we could, we would! We also had to discount any blogs with more than 200 followers and any that had received the award already!
This is quite a tough one but here we go. In no particular order:
Neeks Write - : This blog is simply amazing. The blogger Neeks gets given three words and then creates a wonderful short story from it. If you’re a fan of the written word then you need to get on over there now!
Cheesecake Summer - Laura over at Cheesecake Summer is a wonderful writer. Mainly random thoughts and musings, her posts are great to read.
Verified Kayo – Kayo’s posts are really lovely to read and full of life. All about the trials and tribulations of being a writer.
Wren Andre – This blog is just fun, great writing and especially through NaNoWriMo time.
Life Without Fear – This blog is jam packed with loads of different types of writing for your delight and delectation (mainly in the fantasy and science fiction genre) Go and check it out now!
So, there we go. Go, go, go and check out all of these blogs and thank you so much again to Kalie!
The Limebird Writers x
